- 1/2 cup glutinous rice
Seafood
- 🦐 3 frozen shrimp
Vegetables
- 1 tbsp dried seaweed
Seasonings
- 800 ml water or stock
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 0.5 tbsp soy sauce
手順
Rinse the glutinous rice 3-4 times and soak for 30 minutes.
Defrost the frozen shrimp in cold water.
Soak 1 tbsp of dried seaweed in water.
Remove the shell and intestines from the shrimp, pat dry with a paper towel, and finely chop.
Rinse the soaked seaweed, drain, and finely chop for baby-friendly texture.
Heat sesame oil in a pot, add minced garlic and seaweed, and stir-fry for 1 minute.
Add the soaked glutinous rice and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
Add water or stock gradually, enough to cover the ingredients, and bring to a boil. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
Once the rice is fully cooked, add the minced shrimp and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Season with soy sauce to taste (optional).
