材料
Main Ingredients
- 🦐 5 shrimp, cleaned and deveined
- 1 pack soft tofu
- 🧅 15g chopped green onion
- 200g sliced radish
Broth Seasoning
- 500ml anchovy kelp broth
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1.5 tsp sesame oil
- 1.5 tsp light soy sauce
手順
Prepare the ingredients: clean and devein shrimp, chop green onion, slice radish, and prepare soft tofu.
Heat sesame oil in a pot over low heat and sauté radish and minced garlic until fragrant.
Add shrimp to the pot and cook until they turn pink.
Pour half of the broth (250ml) into the pot and bring to a simmer.
Add soy sauce and continue to simmer.
Prepare the soft tofu by cutting it in half and gently placing it into the pot.
Add the remaining broth (250ml) and bring the soup to a boil over medium heat.
Add chopped green onion and cook for another minute.
Serve the soup in bowls and enjoy.
