Main Ingredients
- 🍜 1 pack udon noodles
- 🍤 4 fresh shrimp
- 🧅 10g green onion
- a small amount of cooking oil
- 1/3 cup noodle water
- a small amount of sesame oil
- a small amount of sesame seeds
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 0.5 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 2 tsp vinegar
- a small amount of black pepper
手順
Prepare all ingredients.
Clean and peel the shrimp, leaving the tails intact. Wash thoroughly under running water.
Slice the green onion thinly, using the white part for better flavor.
Boil the udon noodles for 30 seconds, then drain. Reserve 1/3 cup of the noodle water.
Heat a pan, add a small amount of cooking oil, and stir-fry the green onion until fragrant. Add the shrimp and cook until they change color.
Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, noodle water, and brown sugar to the pan. Stir well and let it simmer for 1 minute.
Add the cooked udon noodles, corn syrup, black pepper, and vinegar. Stir-fry for 1 minute.
Turn off the heat and finish with sesame oil and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
