Main Ingredients
- 🍝 1 serving pasta
- 🍆 1 eggplant
Seasonings
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tsp MSG
- 1 tbsp pepper flakes
- Pinch of black pepper
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Small amount of cooking oil
手順
Prepare the pasta and eggplant.
Wash the eggplant and slice it thinly.
Boil water with a pinch of salt and a bit of cooking oil, then cook the pasta for 8 minutes.
Heat cooking oil in a pan and add the sliced eggplant.
Cook the eggplant until it softens and turns golden brown.
Add the cooked pasta to the pan and lightly stir-fry with the eggplant.
Tilt the pan and pour soy sauce into the side, letting it caramelize for about 30 seconds.
Add the remaining seasonings (mirin, corn syrup, MSG, pepper flakes, black pepper, and salt).
Stir well to combine all ingredients evenly.
Serve the pasta in a bowl and enjoy.
