Noodles
- 1 serving somen noodles
Vegetables
- 1/2 cucumber
- 🧅 1/2 onion
Egg
- 🥚 1 egg
Sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp chili powder
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
手順
Boil water and add the egg once boiling. Cook for 10 minutes.
Wash and prepare the cucumber and onion by slicing them thinly.
Boil water in a pot and cook the somen noodles until they float to the surface.
Rinse the cooked noodles under cold water and drain them thoroughly.
Combine the noodles with cucumber, onion, and sauce ingredients. Mix well using gloved hands.
Serve the bibim noodles in a bowl and enjoy!
