Main Ingredients
- 🍗 200g chicken breast
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🥕 A small amount of carrot
- 🥔 1 potato
- 1 green onion
- A handful of glass noodles
Seasoning Ingredients
- 💧 120ml water
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
手順
Cut onion, carrot, potato, and green onion into bite-sized pieces.
Mix 120ml water, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp cooking wine, 1 tbsp corn syrup, and 1 tbsp minced garlic to create the sauce.
Heat the sauce in a pan until it starts boiling.
Cut chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and prepare.
Once the sauce starts boiling, add chicken breast, potato, and carrot. Cook until partially done.
Add onion and continue cooking until all ingredients are nearly cooked.
Add a handful of pre-soaked glass noodles and cook until tender.
Add green onion and cook for a few more minutes.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve the braised chicken dish.
