- 🥚 5 eggs
- 🌽 1 can sweet corn
- 🧈 1 piece butter
- 🧀 sufficient pizza cheese
- a pinch parsley powder

- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 a pinch salt
手順
In a bowl, whisk 5 eggs and mix in soy sauce, sugar, and salt to create the egg mixture.
Add the sweet corn to the egg mixture and stir well.
Heat a piece of butter in a frying pan over low heat until it melts gently.
Pour the egg and corn mixture into the pan and stir gently with chopsticks over the lowest heat.
Top the mixture with plenty of pizza cheese, cover with a lid, and cook until the cheese melts.
Cook for about 5-7 minutes, checking occasionally to prevent burning.
Sprinkle parsley powder on top and serve on a plate.
