材料
Rice
- 🍚 1 bowl of cooked rice
Garlic
- 🧄 3 cloves of garlic, sliced
- 🧄 2 tbsp minced garlic
Butter and Oil
- 🧈 1 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
手順
Prepare all ingredients including slicing garlic and removing moisture from minced garlic using a paper towel.
Heat cooking oil in a pan over medium heat and add minced garlic and sliced garlic. Cook for 2 minutes to infuse the oil.
Increase heat to high and stir-fry the garlic mixture for 1 minute.
Add soy sauce and stir-fry for 3 minutes on high heat.
Add butter and stir well. Optionally, top with a fried egg before serving.
