- 🥦 1/2 broccoli

- 💧 150ml water
- 2 tbsp olive oil

- 3 tbsp perilla powder
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
手順
Wash the broccoli thoroughly using flour and vinegar as described to remove impurities.
Cut the cleaned broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
Boil 150ml water with 0.5 tsp salt in a pan, then add the broccoli and cook for 1 minute while stirring.
