材料
Main Ingredients
- 300g soft tofu
- 🍅 7 cherry tomatoes
- 1 handful lettuce
- A small amount of radish sprouts
Salad Dressing
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp oligosaccharide
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
手順
Prepare the ingredients: remove excess moisture from the soft tofu and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
Mix the dressing ingredients thoroughly and chill in the refrigerator.
Wash the lettuce under running water, shake off excess moisture, and tear it into bite-sized pieces.
Place the lettuce on a plate and add halved cherry tomatoes on top.
Add the drained soft tofu and remaining cherry tomatoes on top of the lettuce.
Drizzle the chilled dressing over the salad and serve immediately.
