材料
Rice Base
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice
- 3 tbsp seaweed flakes
- 🧂 2 pinches salt
- 1 pinch sesame seeds
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Tuna Mayo Filling
- 🐟 3 tbsp canned tuna
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 pinch sesame seeds
Kimchi Stir-fry
- 2 stalks napa cabbage kimchi
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp chili powder
Optional Ingredients
- 🥚 1 fried egg
- 1 perilla leaf

Prepare all ingredients and set them aside.
Drain oil from canned tuna and mix with mayonnaise, salt, sugar, and sesame seeds.
Dice pickled radish into 1cm cubes and mix into the tuna mayo mixture.
Chop napa cabbage kimchi finely.
Stir-fry chopped kimchi with sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar, and chili powder over medium heat for 3 minutes.
Mix cooked rice with seaweed flakes, sesame oil, salt, and sesame seeds.
Line a bowl with plastic wrap and press half of the seasoned rice into the bottom.
Layer tuna mayo mixture, optional perilla leaf, fried egg, and stir-fried kimchi on top of the rice.
Cover the toppings with the remaining rice and wrap tightly with plastic wrap.
Unwrap and serve the rice burger.
