- 100g glass noodles
Oil

Seasoning
- 2 tbsp coarse chili flakes

- 0.5 tbsp chicken stock powder

- 0.5 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp vinegar
手順
Soak the glass noodles in cold water for 30 minutes.
