Main Ingredients
- 1 pack smoked duck
- 1/2 bunch chives, cut into 5cm pieces
- 🧅 1 onion, thinly sliced
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 3 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- A dash of sesame oil
手順
Cut the chives into 5cm pieces and thinly slice the onion.
In a bowl, mix the chives and onion with 2 tbsp chili powder, 1 tbsp minced garlic, and a dash of sesame oil.
Prepare the soy sauce dressing by combining 3 tbsp soy sauce, 3 tbsp sugar, and 3 tbsp vinegar.
