Main Ingredients
- 300g smoked duck
- 200g garlic scapes
- 🧅 1/3 onion
- 🧄 10 cloves garlic
Seasonings
- 🧂 1-2 pinches salt
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
手順
Wash the garlic scapes and cut them into 4-5 cm pieces.
Chop the onion into bite-sized pieces and halve the garlic cloves after removing the stems.
Place the smoked duck in a pan without oil and cook until its fat is rendered. Remove the duck and set aside.
In the rendered duck fat, stir-fry the garlic and garlic scapes until fragrant.
Add 1-2 pinches of salt, 1.5 tbsp soy sauce, and 1 tbsp cooking wine. Stir-fry to season the garlic scapes.
Once the garlic scapes are seasoned, add the chopped onion and stir-fry until softened.
Sprinkle crushed red pepper flakes generously to balance the richness.
Return the smoked duck to the pan, add 1 tbsp oyster sauce, and stir-fry until everything is heated through.
