材料
Main Ingredients
- 200g soft tofu
- 30g chives
- 🧄 3 cloves garlic
- 🧅 1/4 stalk green onion
- 2 pieces dried shiitake mushrooms
- 3 pieces kombu
- 3 cups water
- 🧂 a pinch of salt
- a pinch of black pepper
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Thickening Mixture
- 2 tbsp potato starch
- 2 tbsp water
手順
Slice the green onion thinly and garlic into slices.
Cut the chives into 3cm lengths.
Mix the potato starch and water thoroughly.
Slice the soft tofu into 1cm thick pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a pot and sauté garlic and green onion until fragrant.
Add water, kombu, and dried shiitake mushrooms to the pot and bring to a boil. Remove kombu once the water boils.
Add the soft tofu and simmer for 2 minutes. Then, stir in the starch mixture.
Add the chives and bring to a quick boil. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
