Main Ingredients
- 115g soft tofu
- 🥚 3 eggs
- 1 tsp baby soy sauce
- Generous amount of olive oil
手順
Prepare the ingredients: 115g soft tofu, 3 eggs, 1 tsp baby soy sauce.
Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them smoothly. Remove air bubbles by tapping the bowl on the counter.
Cut the soft tofu package and squeeze out 1/3 of the tofu into the whisked eggs.
Add 1 tsp baby soy sauce to the egg mixture and mix evenly.
Heat a frying pan on low heat and generously coat it with olive oil.
Pour a thin layer of the egg mixture into the pan and cook until the bottom is set.
Carefully roll the cooked egg layer using a spatula.
Move the rolled egg to the side of the pan and pour another thin layer of egg mixture.
Continue layering and rolling until the egg mixture is finished.
Let the egg roll cool slightly, then slice into bite-sized pieces.
