- 1kg soft tofu
- Small handful of chives
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of sesame seeds

Add 100–150ml of water to the pot and bring to a boil.
