Noodles
- 🍜 200g somen noodles
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
- 2 chopped chili peppers
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
Seasonings
- 4–5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp plum extract or syrup
- 1/2 tbsp red pepper powder
- 🌰 1.5 tbsp ground sesame
- 1.5 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp vinegar
手順
Mix chopped green onion, chili peppers, minced garlic, soy sauce, sugar, plum extract, red pepper powder, ground sesame, sesame oil, and vinegar in a bowl to create the sauce.
Boil 200g of somen noodles in a pot of boiling water. Optionally add a small amount of cooking oil to prevent sticking. Cook for 3–5 minutes, depending on the quantity, then rinse in cold water and drain.
Mix the cooked noodles with the prepared sauce. Adjust seasoning to taste and optionally garnish with seaweed flakes or boiled egg.
