- 🍗 500g chicken pieces
- 🥛 1 cup milk
- 2 tbsp grape seed oil
- 🌰 2 tbsp crushed nuts
Seasoning
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp plum extract
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 💧 5 tbsp water
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
手順
Soak the chicken pieces in milk for 30 minutes to tenderize and remove odors.
Rinse the chicken and pat dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
Heat grape seed oil in a frying pan and sear the chicken on both sides until golden brown.
Prepare the soy sauce marinade by mixing soy sauce, sugar, plum extract, oyster sauce, cooking wine, water, ginger, and black pepper.
Pour the marinade over the seared chicken in the pan.
Simmer the chicken, turning occasionally, until the sauce reduces and thickens.
Plate the chicken and sprinkle crushed nuts on top before serving.
