- 🥕 10g carrot
- 🧅 40g onion
Seasoning
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp organic brown sugar
- 1 tsp mirin
- 1 sheet kombu (2cm x 2cm)

手順
Cut the chicken breast and onion into bite-sized pieces. Slice the carrot thinly and use a flower-shaped cutter for decoration.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onion, chicken breast, and carrot until the chicken is golden and the onion turns translucent.
Add the seasoning mixture and kombu-infused water to the pan. Simmer until the sauce thickens and the flavors meld together.
