- 🐟 700g Spanish mackerel
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🧄 1/4 green onion
- 🧄 5 cloves garlic
- A small amount of cooking oil
Seasoning
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 50ml mirin
- 🧂 50ml soy sauce
- A small amount of pepper
手順
Prepare the sauce by mixing 2 tbsp sugar, 50ml mirin, 50ml soy sauce, and a small amount of pepper.
Chop 1/2 onion, 1/4 green onion, and 5 cloves of garlic into small pieces.
Heat a pan with a small amount of cooking oil and cook the mackerel for 3 minutes on each side.
Remove excess oil from the mackerel using a paper towel.
Add the chopped onion and garlic to the pan, pour the sauce, and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
Flip the mackerel and simmer for an additional 3-4 minutes.
Add the chopped green onion, turn off the heat, and serve.
