- 🐟 180g dried anchovies
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp canola oil
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 🌰 2 tbsp sesame seeds
手順
Rinse the dried anchovies three times under running water and drain them using a colander.
Dry the anchovies and stir-fry them in a pan without oil to remove any fishy smell.
Remove the stir-fried anchovies and set them aside on a plate.
Clean the pan and add 1 tbsp of minced garlic.
Add 2 tbsp of soy sauce to the pan.
Add 1 tbsp of cooking wine.
Add 1 tbsp of canola oil and 1 tbsp of corn syrup.
Add the stir-fried anchovies to the seasoning mixture and stir-fry over low heat.
Sprinkle 2 tbsp of sesame seeds evenly over the dish.
Serve the delicious stir-fried anchovies as a side dish.
