Main Ingredients
- 250g rice cake
- 1 king oyster mushroom
- 🧅 1/4 onion
- 3 strips bacon
- 4 stalks green onion
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- a pinch of black pepper
- 0.5 tbsp sesame seeds
手順
Soak frozen rice cakes in lukewarm water to soften them.
Prepare the ingredients: dice onion into squares, slice king oyster mushroom, cut bacon into 2cm pieces, and chop green onion into 3cm lengths.
Mix soy sauce, minced garlic, oligosaccharide, cooking wine, black pepper, and sesame seeds in a bowl to create the seasoning sauce.
If rice cakes are hard, blanch them briefly to soften. Drain and rinse under cold water.
Heat cooking oil in a pan and stir-fry bacon, king oyster mushroom, green onion, and onion for about 2 minutes.
Add the blanched rice cakes to the pan and stir-fry with the other ingredients.
Pour the seasoning sauce into the pan and stir-fry until all ingredients are well combined and cooked through.
Finish with additional sesame oil or black pepper to taste. Serve warm.
