- 🧈 1kg tofu
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp soybean paste
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧂 1 tbsp salt
- a pinch of ground pepper
- 4 tbsp sunflower oil
手順
Place tofu slices on a tray lined with paper towels, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and let them drain. Skip pepper if preferred.
Mix soybean paste, soy sauce, minced garlic, oligosaccharide, cooking wine, and sesame oil to create the sauce. Adjust sweetness with sugar if needed.
Heat sunflower oil in a pan and fry tofu slices until golden on both sides.
Place the fried tofu in a pot, spread the sauce over it, and add 100ml water around the edges. Simmer briefly.
Serve the braised tofu warm. It's mild and suitable for children.
