Main Ingredients
- 1/2 block tofu
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 1 stalk green onion
- 2 handfuls soybean sprouts
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp red pepper powder
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Korean soy sauce
- 🍬 0.3 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- a pinch of sesame seeds
手順
Slice tofu into thick flat pieces, julienne the onion, and diagonally slice the green onion.
Wash the soybean sprouts thoroughly.
Mix red pepper powder, soy sauce, Korean soy sauce, minced garlic, sugar, sesame oil, and sesame seeds to create the seasoning sauce.
Layer onion and tofu in a pan or pot, then pour half of the seasoning sauce over them.
Add soybean sprouts, the remaining seasoning sauce, and 1 cup of water. Cover with a lid and cook on medium heat for 8 minutes.
Add green onion, uncover, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Serve the steamed dish hot.
