材料
Main Ingredients
- 🍚 2 cups cooked rice
- 🍖 2 slices Spam
- 🧀 2 slices cheddar cheese
- 🥬 1 handful chopped kimchi
- 2 packets furikake
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide
- To taste sesame seeds
手順
Mix cooked rice with furikake and sesame oil.
Stir-fry chopped kimchi with sesame oil and oligosaccharide for 3-4 minutes.
Pan-fry Spam slices until golden brown on both sides.
Place a sheet of plastic wrap in a bowl and press rice into it gently.
Transfer the rice onto a plate and layer stir-fried kimchi on top.
Add Spam slices and cheddar cheese on top of the kimchi.
Top with another layer of rice and sprinkle sesame seeds to finish.
