- 🥬 2 handfuls shredded cabbage
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🧅 10cm green onion, chopped
- 2 chilies, sliced
Protein
- 🍖 100g spam, diced
Seasonings
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 2 dashes of black pepper
- 💧 5 tbsp water
手順
Prepare the ingredients: shred cabbage, slice onion, chop green onion, dice spam, and slice chilies.
Heat oil in a frying pan and sauté green onion and minced garlic until fragrant.
Add diced spam to the pan and stir-fry until lightly browned.
Add sliced onion and chilies to the pan and stir-fry until softened.
Add shredded cabbage and stir-fry. Season with oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, and black pepper.
Add water to the pan and stir-fry until the cabbage is tender and the sauce is absorbed.
