Main Ingredients
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 150g spam
- 🍚 1 bowl of cooked rice
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- Adequate amount of mayonnaise
手順
Slice the onion to your desired thickness, cube the spam, and beat the eggs well.
Blanch the spam in water or directly fry it in a pan.
Heat oil or butter in a pan and make scrambled eggs.
Sauté the onion in the pan.
Add 2 tbsp soy sauce and 2 tbsp sugar to the onion and continue cooking. Adjust soy sauce to 1 tbsp if you prefer less saltiness.
Place the rice in the center of a bowl and surround it with scrambled eggs.
Top the rice with the sautéed onion mixture.
Add the cooked spam cubes on top.
Finish with a drizzle of mayonnaise.
