Main Ingredients
- 200g spam
- 1/3 bell pepper, diced
- 🧅 1/2 onion, diced
- 🥚 1 egg
- 2 tbsp tempura flour
手順
Mash the spam in a bowl until smooth.
Dice the bell pepper and onion, then add them to the mashed spam.
Mix the spam and vegetables thoroughly.
Add 1 egg to the mixture and combine well.
Add 2 tbsp of tempura flour to the mixture and mix. If the batter is too runny, add 1 more tbsp of flour.
Heat a frying pan with oil, shape the batter into small rounds, and place them in the pan. Cook over medium heat.
Cook both sides until golden brown and fully cooked.
