- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 4 tbsp sugar
- a pinch of pepper
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 120ml water
手順
Dice the potatoes and blanch them for 2 minutes over high heat.
Dice the spam and pan-fry until golden brown.
Add the blanched potatoes and 1 tbsp minced garlic to the pan and sauté over medium-low heat.
Add 120ml water, 4 tbsp soy sauce, 4 tbsp sugar, and a pinch of pepper. Cover and simmer for 2 minutes.
Reduce the sauce until thickened, then add 1 tbsp corn syrup and mix well. Continue simmering until the sauce is fully absorbed.
