Vegetables
- 🧅 2 stalks green onion, chopped
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
Protein
- 🥚 2 eggs, beaten
- 200g spam, diced

- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
手順
Beat 2 eggs in a bowl and set aside.
Slice the onion and chop the green onion into small pieces.
Dice the spam into desired shapes.
Blanch the spam briefly in boiling water.
Heat a frying pan and sear the blanched spam until crispy.
In the same pan, sauté the sliced onion in the spam oil.
Add 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sugar, and 100ml water to the pan and bring to a boil.
Add the seared spam back into the pan and simmer until the sauce is absorbed.
Add 2/3 of the chopped green onion to the pan and mix well.
Reduce the heat to low and pour in the beaten eggs.
Spoon the mixture over warm rice and garnish with the remaining green onion.
