材料
Main Ingredients
- 300g tofu
- 100g spam
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 1 green onion
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 50ml water
- a pinch of pepper
手順
Dice the tofu into cubes and place in a bowl.
Beat 2 eggs and pour over the tofu, mixing gently.
Finely chop the onion and green onion.
Soak the spam in hot water, then mash it with the back of a knife.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the egg-coated tofu until golden brown on all sides.
Remove the tofu and set aside.
Heat oil in the same pan and stir-fry the onion and green onion over medium heat for 1 minute.
Add the mashed spam and stir-fry for another minute.
Create a space in the center of the pan and add oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, gochujang, and pepper. Stir for 30 seconds.
Combine the ingredients and stir-fry together.
Pour 100ml of water and add the tofu. Stir-fry over medium-low heat.
Once the sauce is absorbed, add the green onion tops, sesame oil, and sesame seeds. Mix gently.
Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy.
