Main Ingredients
- Desired amount of spam
- Desired amount of tofu
- 1/4 head of kimchi
- 🧅 1 onion
- 1 green chili
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp red pepper powder
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp corn syrup
- Desired amount of sesame oil
- Desired amount of sesame seeds
- A pinch of black pepper
手順
Slice the spam to your desired thickness.
Pan-fry the spam in a lightly oiled pan until golden brown.
Blanch the tofu in boiling water to prepare warm tofu.
Chop the kimchi into bite-sized pieces, slice the onion thickly, and finely chop the green chili after removing seeds.
In the same pan used for spam, sauté onion and green chili without adding extra oil.
Once the onion is lightly coated with oil, add the kimchi. Mix in 2 tbsp red pepper powder, 1 tbsp sugar, and 1/2 tbsp corn syrup to balance the flavors.
Turn off the heat and finish with sesame oil, sesame seeds, and a pinch of black pepper. Mix lightly.
Plate the blanched tofu and fried spam neatly, and place the stir-fried kimchi in the center.
