Main Ingredients
- 🧈 1 block of tofu
- 🥬 100g kimchi
- 🥩 1 can of spam
- 🌱 1 stalk of green onion
Seasonings
- 🧂 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1.5 tsp oligosaccharide syrup
- 🌰 A sprinkle of sesame seeds
- 1 tsp perilla oil
手順
Cut the spam into small rectangular pieces, not too thick.
Lightly oil a pan and fry the spam until slightly crispy.
Boil the tofu block in a strainer.
Slice the boiled tofu into pieces after boiling.
Chop the kimchi into small pieces.
In a frying pan, add the chopped kimchi, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, minced garlic, green onion, and syrup. Stir-fry until well combined.
Finish the stir-fried kimchi with perilla oil and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
Arrange the sliced tofu on a plate in a circular pattern.
Place the fried spam around the tofu.
Add the stir-fried kimchi in the center and garnish with chopped green onion.
