- 🍢 1/2 block tofu
- 🥓 1/2 can small spam
- 🥚 3 eggs

- 🧂 3g salt

Cut the tofu block in half, then cut one half into smaller slices. Slice the spam into 7 pieces.
Prepare cooking oil, salt, and cornstarch for the recipe.
Coat the tofu and spam slices with cornstarch on both sides.
Beat 3 eggs with 3g of salt until smooth.
Assemble the sandwich by layering tofu, spam, and tofu. Coat the assembled sandwich in the beaten egg mixture.
Heat a pan over medium heat with some cooking oil. Fry the sandwiches until golden brown on both sides.
Cut the sandwiches into smaller pieces if desired and fry again with more egg coating if necessary.
