材料
Main Ingredients
- 🧈 300g tofu
- 150g spam
- 🧅 1 onion
- 🧅 1 handful green onion
Seasonings
- 4 tbsp chili powder
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 350ml water
手順
Cut the tofu into appropriate-sized pieces.
Slice 2 green chili peppers thinly.
Chop 1 onion finely.
Cut the spam into pieces similar in size to the tofu.
Mix chili powder, sugar, soy sauce, and minced garlic in a bowl.
Layer the chopped onion at the bottom of a pot, then arrange tofu and spam on top.
Add green chili slices and pour the prepared seasoning mixture over the ingredients. Add 350ml water.
Simmer until the broth reduces to a desired consistency.
Add green onion and simmer briefly before serving.
