材料
Main Ingredients
- 200g bean sprouts
- 300g thinly sliced pork belly
- 1 stalk green onion
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 6 perilla leaves
- 1 green chili, chopped
Seasoning Ingredients
- 2 tbsp red pepper powder
- 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
手順
Slice the onion, cut the green onion into 5cm lengths, chop the perilla leaves into bite-sized pieces, and finely chop the green chili.
Mix all seasoning ingredients in a bowl to create the sauce.
Layer the ingredients in a pan: bean sprouts, pork belly, onion, green onion, perilla leaves, and green chili.
Add the sauce and stir-fry until all ingredients are cooked through.
After eating, optionally add cooked rice or ramen noodles with sesame oil to the pan and stir-fry for a second dish.
