材料
Main Ingredients
- 🥩 300g thinly sliced pork belly
- 🌱 1 pack bean sprouts
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🍄 1 king oyster mushroom, sliced
- 1 bunch perilla leaves
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion, chopped
Seasoning Ingredients
- 5 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 5 tbsp rice wine
- 🍬 5 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 5 tbsp minced garlic
- 5 tbsp red pepper powder
手順
Mix gochujang, soy sauce, rice wine, sugar, minced garlic, and red pepper powder in equal portions (5 tbsp each) to create the seasoning sauce.
Prepare the pork belly and bean sprouts. Rinse the bean sprouts under running water and drain thoroughly.
Slice the perilla leaves and green onion into bite-sized pieces. Thinly slice the onion and king oyster mushroom.
Layer bean sprouts at the bottom of a deep stir-fry pan, followed by the pork belly slices.
Add the onion, king oyster mushroom, and most of the prepared seasoning sauce (about 4/5 of it). Stir-fry everything together, adding more sauce as needed.
Once the pork is mostly cooked, add the perilla leaves and green onion. Lightly mix and cook for a few more minutes.
Serve the dish hot, enjoying the tender pork, crunchy bean sprouts, and chewy mushrooms.

Use fresh bean sprouts for the best crunch.Adjust the spice level by reducing the amount of gochujang and red pepper powder.Leftovers can be stored in the fridge and reheated for a quick meal.
