- 🥩 150g beef
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion
Sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 1 tsp plum extract
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 🧄 1 tsp garlic
- 🧂 a pinch of pepper
手順
Mix the beef with the sauce ingredients and marinate for 30 minutes. If in a hurry, marinate while preparing other ingredients.
Heat a pan with chili oil and stir-fry the marinated beef over high heat to add a smoky flavor.
Add sliced onion to the pan and stir-fry until softened and well combined with the beef.
Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Slightly strong flavors are fine as it will be mixed with rice.
Serve the beef and onion mixture over warm rice. Garnish with microgreens and sesame seeds.
