Main Ingredients
- 200g glass noodles
- 1 handful chives
- 🥕 1 carrot, julienned
- 🧄 4 cloves garlic, minced
Seasoning Ingredients
- 6 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Korean soy sauce
- 4 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
手順
Prepare the seasoning by mixing minced garlic, soy sauce, Korean soy sauce, red pepper flakes, oligosaccharide, sesame oil, and sesame seeds in a bowl.
Julienne the carrot and cut the chives into 5cm lengths.
Boil 200g of glass noodles in a pot of boiling water for 6 minutes.
Add the julienned carrot and chives to the boiling noodles and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Drain the noodles and vegetables using a strainer to remove excess water.
Place the drained noodles and vegetables in a large bowl, then add the seasoning gradually while mixing.
Mix the noodles and seasoning thoroughly until evenly coated.
Serve the spicy bibim dangmyeon immediately.
