Main Ingredients
- 🦑 1 squid
- 1 chili pepper
- 🧄 5 cloves garlic
Seasonings
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 1 cup water
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 🌾 A pinch of sesame seeds
手順
Slice garlic and chili pepper into small pieces.
Cut the squid into bite-sized pieces and place in a pot.
Add 1 cup of water to the pot.
Add 5 tbsp of soy sauce and stir well.
Bring to a boil over high heat.
Reduce to medium heat and add 2 tbsp of sugar.
Add 2 tbsp of corn syrup and stir well.
When the sauce thickens, add sliced garlic and chili pepper.
Simmer until the sauce is almost completely reduced.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and stir briefly.
Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy.
