Main Ingredients
- 🍲 1 block tofu
- 🧅 1/4 onion, sliced thin
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion, chopped
Seasoning for Tofu
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
Sauce Ingredients
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 100 ml water
手順
Cut the tofu into halves and slice into 1 cm thick pieces.
Place the tofu slices on a paper towel, press lightly to remove excess moisture, and season with salt and pepper.
Slice the onion thinly and chop the green onion.
Mix minced garlic, sugar, soy sauce, cooking wine, chili powder, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and water to create the sauce.
Heat a pan over medium heat, add oil, and pan-fry the tofu until golden brown on both sides.
Push the tofu to one side of the pan, add green onion and onion, and sauté until the onion becomes translucent.
Spread the vegetables evenly in the pan, pour the prepared sauce, and simmer until the tofu absorbs the sauce and the liquid reduces.
