Main Ingredients
- 🧈 1 block tofu
- 2 green chilies
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 1/3 tbsp gochujang
- 🧂 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1.5 tsp traditional soy sauce
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp rice wine
- 🧂 A pinch of black pepper
手順
Finely chop the green onion and green chilies.
Slice the tofu into long pieces.
Mix red pepper flakes, gochujang, soy sauce, traditional soy sauce, plum extract, minced garlic, rice wine, and black pepper to create the seasoning sauce.
Heat a pan with oil and fry the tofu on both sides until golden.
Pour 1 cup of anchovy broth into a pot or pan and add the prepared seasoning sauce.
When the broth starts boiling, add the tofu and simmer until the sauce thickens.
Add the green chilies and cook for another minute before serving.
