- 8 sheets fish cakes
- 💧 200ml water
- 2 chilies
Seasoning
- 5 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 4 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
手順
Prepare the ingredients: fish cakes, water, chilies, gochujang, soy sauce, sugar, and minced garlic.
Slice one chili and finely mince the other, removing seeds from the minced chili.
Skewer the fish cakes, placing two pieces per skewer.
In a pan, combine water, gochujang, soy sauce, sugar, and minced garlic.
Add the skewered fish cakes to the pan and simmer, flipping occasionally.
Add the sliced chili to the pan and continue simmering.
Garnish with minced chili before serving.
