材料
Main Ingredients
- 🍗 2 chicken breasts
- 10 pieces of rice cake
- A pinch of sesame seeds
- 1 pinch of black pepper
- 1 tbsp rice wine
- 🧂 2 pinches of salt
Seasoning
- 1.5 tbsp gochujang
- 1/2 tbsp red chili powder
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
手順
Wash the chicken breasts and slice them thinly.
Mix chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and rice wine.
Place the chicken in a sealed container and marinate in the fridge for 20 minutes.
Combine all seasoning ingredients in a bowl.
Cut the rice cakes into finger-sized pieces.
Heat a pan with cooking oil and grill the chicken breasts.
Add the rice cakes when flipping the chicken and cook on low-medium heat.
Turn off the heat and add the seasoning sauce to the pan.
Turn the heat back on low and stir-fry until the sauce thickens slightly.
Transfer to a warm plate and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
