Seasoning
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 2.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice syrup

- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of sesame seeds

Trim the base of the enoki mushrooms slightly, keeping the stems attached.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients except sesame oil to create the sauce.
