材料
Essential Ingredients
- 1 block tofu
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- A pinch of sesame seeds
Seasoning Ingredients
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 green chili
- 🧅 1/4 stalk green onion
手順
Slice tofu into 1cm thick pieces and finely chop green onion and green chili.
Season tofu with salt and pepper, and pat dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
Mix all seasoning ingredients in a bowl to create the sauce. Adjust water and chili based on your spice preference.
Heat cooking oil in a pan and fry tofu until golden brown on both sides.
Reduce heat to low, add the sauce to the pan, and simmer until the tofu absorbs the flavors.
