Main Ingredients
- 🥩 250g pork belly
- 🍢 1 block tofu
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion
- 2 green chilies
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 🧂 A pinch of black pepper
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
手順
Chop the onion, green onion, green chilies, and tofu into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces and place in a pot. Add minced garlic, cooking wine, fish sauce, and black pepper.
Stir-fry the pork belly mixture until lightly browned.
Add red pepper flakes and stir-fry briefly.
Pour 500ml of water into the pot.
Add gochujang and oyster sauce, stirring to dissolve completely.
Add the tofu and simmer until fully cooked.
Once the broth reduces slightly, add the onion, green onion, and green chilies.
Adjust the seasoning with salt, fish sauce, or soy sauce to taste.
Bring to a boil and serve hot.
