材料
Main Ingredients
- 🐖 300g ground pork
- 🧅 1 chopped onion
Seasoning Sauce
- 200g gochujang
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 3 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 3 tbsp minced garlic
Meat Marinade
- 🧂 2–3 pinches of salt
- 2–3 pinches of black pepper
手順
Prepare all ingredients by chopping the onion and gathering the seasonings.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic over medium-low heat until the onion turns golden.
Add the ground pork to the pan and stir-fry with the seasoning sauce ingredients: gochujang, soy sauce, sugar, and minced garlic.
Add 200g of gochujang and mix thoroughly.
Pour in 1 cup of water and simmer over medium heat until the sauce thickens slightly.
Turn off the heat and let the mixture cool slightly. Serve by mixing with rice and a drizzle of sesame oil.
