- 1 kg pork ribs
- 2 bay leaves
Ribs Sauce
- 3.5 tbsp gochujang
- 4 tbsp ketchup
- 1.5 tbsp sugar
- 1.5 tbsp corn syrup
- 2 tbsp rice wine
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp ginger juice
- Pinch of pepper
Scallop Pineapple Fried Rice
- 2 scallops
- 1 slice pineapple
- 🧅 1 red onion
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1/2 cucumber
- 2 servings cooked rice
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
Sweet Potato Salad
- 2 sweet potatoes
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 0.5 tbsp mustard
- 2 tbsp plain yogurt
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
手順
Soak pork ribs in cold water for 1 hour, changing the water 2-3 times. Remove the white membrane and cut along the grain.
Boil the ribs with bay leaves for 30 minutes. Drain and pan-fry until golden brown.
Prepare the sauce by mixing gochujang, ketchup, sugar, corn syrup, rice wine, minced garlic, ginger juice, and pepper.
Add the sauce to the pan and cook until it thickens. Coat the ribs evenly with the sauce.
For fried rice, chop scallops, pineapple, onion, bell peppers, and cucumber. Stir-fry scallops until half-cooked, then add vegetables and salt.
Mix in oyster sauce and stir-fry until evenly combined. Serve alongside ribs.
For sweet potato salad, microwave diced sweet potatoes for 5 minutes. Mix with mayonnaise, mustard, yogurt, and salt.
